NOTE TO USERS:

If you find that the the 'TEXT' on Sheet C-9 (Above), may still be too faint
for you to photo-copy the plan for your use, please re-submit it to GIS, and
it is likely that we can make it (even) darker, via a 'Brightness/+/Contrast'
combination-setting on the Hawk-Eye, that will NOT make the file-SIZE
unmanageable.
