A)The most recent (1996) plat for this parcel, bears the title
"PujaraCommecialCenterReplat." There is also a plat recorded @
PB.151, PG.34 (in 1992) entitled PujaraCommercialCenter II."

AA) There is a (two-page/Fairly Legible) "blueprint/Plat" filed in 
the Plat-Cabinet, in the platroom: & there is now attached to the above blueprint,
a (readable) letter-size copy of such (1996) Plat. THE PRESENTLY SCANNED-PLAT, 
CAN BE PLOTTED @ "asbuilt" SIZE.

B) The 2003 "AsBuilt" Survey (Sheet 1-of1) for 
HILLSBORO PINELAND Natural-Area, recites that it includes
Parcel-B (East), of this Parcel.

BB) The "AsBuilt" SitePlan (Sheet 1-of-1)also suggests that
Parcel-B (east), of PujaraCommercialCenterReplat1, is
part of this BROWARD COUNTY Preserve [or "park"] as of 2003.

C) According to the CCK Eng. Div [per Osama ElShami],
Parcel-A (WEST), is likewise [now] under the control of
the Broward County Park system. This is confirmed by drive-by
